HyphalBoard Solutions Inc. was founded in 2021 by Mrs. Azadeh Rasouli and Mrs. Mehranoush Saffarpour, two entrepreneurs with years of experience in biotechnology and biochemistry. Their expertise and vision laid the foundation for developing mycelium-based boards—sustainable, high-performance alternatives to conventional construction materials.
As a Canadian pioneer in sustainable construction, HyphalBoard is powered by a management team with diverse scientific and industrial backgrounds. Together, we are committed to advancing innovation in mycelium product manufacturing, reducing environmental impact through food waste upcycling, and supporting Canada’s green economy with eco-friendly solutions for architects, builders, and communities.
